The building will be comprised of four levels of rental apartments, dedicated office space on the second level, and commercial retail spaces at street level. 

The project’s primary focus is to provide 92 rental homes, serving a diverse range of resident’s needs with 18 studios, 51 one-bedroom, 17 two-bedroom, and 6 three-bedroom layouts.  Adding to its appeal, this development is conveniently located near the Sapperton SkyTrain Station.
