The proposed development will be a six-storey building consisting of 5 levels of rental homes above commercial retail space at grade and two levels of underground parking in a community that offers a wide range of amenities. From cafes and artisanal shops on The Drive to beautiful parks and recreational facilities.
The building will provide 77 rental homes, with a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts and is a short walk to the Commercial-Broadway SkyTrain Station offering unparalleled convenience and connectivity to the entire city with access to both the Expo and Millennium Lines.
Third Space is committed to improving affordability in Vancouver and will be offering 26 of the 77 total homes at one-third below market rates. While we are still finalizing the criteria for residency, proof of income will be required to ensure the affordable homes go to families who need them.
