We are real estate people. We are ideas people. We’re striving to solve big problems and we’re doing it guided by our values.
Guided by
our values.
Mike Bishop
Vice President, Asset Management
Mike is responsible for the asset management and building operations of Third Space’s portfolio.
Mike has over 30 years of real estate experience across most asset classes. He served as chairman of the Building Owners and Managers Association of BC and BOMA Canada. He’s also an active committee member of BOMA International.
Mike is a proud Dad to 3 adult children and has 2 grandkids. He Iikes spending time in the garden and cooking exotic meals for his family, and (although it drives his wife crazy) tinkering with home automation tech.
Rob Eyers
Vice President, Leasing
Rob is responsible for the commercial leasing of Third Space’s portfolio.
With more than 10 years leasing experience, he has overseen over 500 lease transactions and leased over 3 million square feet across industrial, retail and office asset classes.
Rob is an avid golfer, football fan (not the North American kind!!) and crazy cat dad. He is somewhat worried about how close the office is to the Mount Pleasant breweries.
Amanda Payne
Vice President, Business Development
Amanda is responsible for Third Space’s investment strategies and sourcing, negotiating and underwriting acquisition opportunities.
Working the past 10 years in both real estate brokerage and development, Amanda has gained extensive transaction experience. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia with a specialization in real estate.
Amanda took way too long to write this last sentence about what she enjoys in her spare time, only to write the same as almost all Vancouverites…hiking with her dog Astro, wine tasting in the Okanagan and skiing with her family in Whistler…especially when it involves après ski!
Christa Scowby
General Counsel
A lawyer since 2000, Christa has practiced in the areas of real estate, business law and litigation and is responsible for legal and risk management matters at Third Space.
After attaining her M.A. and LL.B. from the University of Saskatchewan, she clerked at the Alberta Court of Appeal and Court of Queen’s Bench before making Vancouver home. Christa is also a designated Family Enterprise Advisor.
When not braving the world of commas, contracts and closings, Christa enjoys spending time with family and friends and hiking the North Shore.
Sarah Small
Vice President, People & Culture
Sarah is responsible for the people and culture strategy and operations which contribute to a positive employee experience here at Third Space.
With 15+ years of human resources experience in various industries including tourism, telecom, biotechnology, construction and real estate development she has learned the importance of balancing the people impact and the business impact.
She enjoys time with her two wild boys and is amazed how they continue to thrive – given her dismal track record with house plants.
Ryan Thé
Executive Vice President
Ryan oversees the finance, accounting, development, construction, sustainability, and marketing departments at Third Space. He provides oversight for much of our company operations and strategic direction.
With over 15 years of experience in real estate, including holding senior roles in both the public and private sector, Ryan’s diverse perspectives give him a keen understanding of how to work collaboratively with cities to build a better region.
Ryan loves spending time with his wife and four kids, getting out for runs, and overeating (hence the runs).
David Wesik
President
Dave is responsible for overall strategy, performance and growth at Third Space while ensuring the company’s broader impact is a positive one.
He has a diverse background with over 15 years of investment, development and management experience across Metro Vancouver in all types of real estate.
Dave was born and raised in Vancouver where he lives with his wife, their 6 kids and dog. He has no free time nor any hobbies.

You don’t follow the crowd. You’re seeking a career with purpose. You’re concerned about Vancouver’s housing and climate crisis and want to affect positive change. You want to work somewhere you’re proud to brag (a little) about.
If this sounds like your kind of space, let’s talk.
